It's really important....

...that you read through our terms and conditions, so why not make yourself a cuppa, grab a biscuit or two, and make youself comfortable....

Lead Times.  We handmake our jewellery, and most is made to order.  It takes between 4 and 6 weeks to make an item, send it away to be hallmarked, have it returned, polish it, then send it to you.  We always turn orders around as quickly as we can, but if you require an item sooner, or have any questions about our lead times, please contact us before you place your order.

 

Shipping.  We put a lot of time, effort and care into making your jewellery, and so we want to ensure it arrives with you in perfect condition, and on time.  Therefore all jewellery is shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24 (you can see more information about this here).  We offer free postage on all of our jewellery.  We only ship to the UK at this time.

 

Refunds.  To cancel or return goods you must contact us within 14 days of placing your order, or receiving your goods, respectively.  Items must be returned to us within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging.  Please also include your order number, and name and address.  We recommend you use a tracked or recorded delivery service for this, as we will not issue a refund until the item has been delivered to us. 

We will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the item.  This refund will not include the cost of postage and packaging.

If the item is not returned in it’s original packaging and condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

For reasons of hygiene, earrings can only be returned if they still have their hygiene seals in place, and un-tampered with.

Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We do not accept cancellations or returns on bespoke or personalized items – this includes horsehair items, and those which have been engraved.

In the unlikely event of your jewellery arriving damaged, please notify us immediately, with a photograph of the damage if possible.

 

Sizing.  As some designs cannot be re-sized, it’s important we get your size right first time.  This is especially important for rings.  When you place an order for a ring, if you wish we will send you a ring sizer.  We cannot begin making your order until you have confirmed your ring size.  Please contact us if you need any help at all with sizes – there are a number of ways we can help you confirm it before we commit your order to metal!

Where the re-sizing of a design is possible, it will incur a fee.  This will be dependent on the work required, in each individual case.

 

Custom Orders.  We love working with clients to create a piece of jewellery unique to them.  If you would like any of our designs “tweaked” to your exact requirements, or if you’d like something completely different, please contact us to discuss your ideas.

Custom work is priced on an individual basis.  We will work with you, looking at different ideas until we have your perfect design, within your budget.  Once we have agreed a design, you will need to make payment in full to secure your order.

 

Gift Vouchers.  The code on your gift voucher is single use only.  They are valid for one year from the date of issue.  They are redeemable against any item of Storm & Grace jewellery, including commissions, of equal or higher value.  They cannot be returned, refunded, or redeemed for cash.

 

Care For Your Jewellery.  Jewellery is fragile, and should be worn with care.  Please don’t wear it when bathing, or swimming, or during rigorous physical activity, such as gardening, or working out in the gym. 

Pearls, and softer stones such as opals and turquoise, shouldn’t come into contact with chemicals, or perfumes and other cosmetics. 

Oxidization (discolouring) can occur with most metals, but can be reduced by keeping your jewellery in it’s box, or in a grip seal bag.
