These luxury horsehair bracelets are unique to Storm & Grace, made by me in Devon using the best quality recycled sterling silver, recycled 9 carat yellow gold, genuine grade A+ cultured pearls, and of course tail hair from your own horse or pony.

The sterling silver bracelet has an organic feel, with softly rounded edges and a hammered texture, which, along with the mirror polished finish, catches the light and sparkles beautifully.

Recycled 9 carat yellow gold highlights to perfection the opulence of the soft ivory pearls.  These gold settings also have a hammered texture, to tie in with  the texturing on the silver.

The main body of the horsehair bracelet is approximately 9mm wide and 65mm long - each one is slightly different as I make them to fit exactly around the braided horse hair.  The sterling silver snake chain is fully adjustable, to fit any size of wrist.  However, if you have a smaller or larger than average wrist, I can make the main body of the bracelet shorter or longer to suit.  Just let me know when you order, and I'll talk you through getting the right measurement.

These bracelets require tail hair to be at least 12 inches long - really, the longer the better!  If your horsehair is shorter than this, or you only have mane or forelock hair, please give me a shout before you order.  Don't worry - I can still make you an absolutely gorgeous bracelet, but we may need to tweak the design slightly to accommodate the shorter horse hair.  Perfectly do-able, but working out the details before you order saves us both a lot of faffing about in the long run!

I always begin by washing and braiding the horsehair - that way, I can custom make the silver bracelet so that it fits perfectly around the braid. Not only does it look better, (and when I say "better" I mean bloody gorgeous) it means that even if you do only have a small amount of horsehair, I can still make you something beautiful.

For an extra personal touch these bracelets can be engraved with text on the back (at extra cost).  Please add the text you'd like, in the text box when you order.  Type it in the EXACT format you'd like it engraved in, including upper/lower case, capital letters, punctuation etc.  If you don't want an exclamation mark, don't bloody type an exclamation mark!

Your horsehair is treated with the utmost care and respect throughout the making process, and any unused hair is packaged and returned to you along with your finished bracelet.  Our covetable packaging is eco-friendly, beautiful and functional, and includes a complementary jewellery cleaning cloth and a few tips on looking after your jewellery.

Lead times are around 4 - 6 weeks from the time I receive your horsehair.  If you require your bracelet sooner than this, please contact me before you place your order.
